Cookie Policy — visz.ai

This policy explains what visz.ai stores in your browser on its own website and dashboard. The legal basis for storing and reading is § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act, called TTDSG until May 2024); the GDPR applies to the subsequent processing. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG). We honour „Do Not Track“. What our snippet stores on our customers' websites is described in section 14 of the privacy policy — there the respective website operator is the controller.

Our snippet on our customers' websites
On customer websites we set no cookies. We store six entries in the browser's local or session storage, separately per website: „visz_cb_<site key>“ (your banner decision), „visz_aid“ (random visitor identifier), „visz_ses“ (current session), „visz_q“ (events not yet sent), „visz_sv_<survey id>“ (surveys already seen) and „visz_fb_<site key>“ (feedback submitted). The complete list with storage periods, purposes and which entries are set without consent is in section 14 of the privacy policy. The controller for this processing is the operator of the respective website.
