Billing of paid plans
Paid plans are billed through payment providers: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, for direct purchases and Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, where the app is installed via the Shopify App Store. If the provider acts as merchant of record, it is the seller towards the customer and issues the invoice in its own name; your invoice and your bank statement then read that provider. Who issues the invoice is stated on the invoice itself. The service is provided by us in any case and is governed by our terms and conditions.
