Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit a limit?
Recording pauses until the 1st of the next month while your statistics keep running. Existing recordings stay visible. If you need more volume, you simply switch plans.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel in the dashboard at any time and the plan then ends at the end of the current billing period. Independently of that, you can close your account at any time by deleting it.
What about existing users?
Accounts from the free early phase keep their existing conditions. Nothing changes automatically and nobody has to switch.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
An upgrade applies immediately and the new volume is available right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card and SEPA direct debit. Payments are processed via Stripe and you receive an invoice for every payment.
Are features locked behind higher plans?
No. Every plan includes every feature, including Free. Plans differ only in volume: sessions, websites and retention.
