visz.ai is new. Before we sell anything, we are building a product people trust, with real users and real feedback. That is why visz.ai is completely free.
To keep that sustainable, there are fair volume limits on the expensive axes (storage and compute). They are cost control, not an upsell lever: there is nothing to upgrade to.

- Yes. visz.ai is 100% free. Every feature is included. There are no tiers, no upsells and no hidden costs.
- Do I need a credit card?
- No. visz.ai processes no payment data at all. There is no payment provider, no billing and no credit card data.
- What limits exist?
- 1,000 recorded sessions per month per website, 3 + 1 pinned heatmap pages per website, up to 10 websites per workspace and 30 days of raw data retention. Plus anti-abuse ceilings such as 5 concurrently live surveys per website and 50 team members per workspace. There is no volume limit on anything else.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Recording pauses until the 1st of the next month. Existing recordings stay visible, statistics keep running. There is no upgrade offer. Limits are cost control, not a paywall.
- Can I use visz.ai in a GDPR-compliant way?
- visz.ai is built GDPR-first: EU hosting in Germany, PII masking in the browser, IP anonymisation before storage, consent-first. You still need your visitors' consent. See the trust page for details.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. You can trigger your account data export (Art. 15/20 GDPR: profile, workspaces, websites, audit entries; no visitor data) in the dashboard at any time. GDPR functions are never limited.
- How do I cancel?
- There is nothing to cancel. No subscription, no term. You can delete your account in the dashboard at any time; after a 30-day grace period all data is permanently deleted.
