Cancel your paid Visz.ai contract here — no login required. Enter the email address the contract is held under and we'll send you a confirmation link.

Your account and your data remain in place — only the paid contract ends. If you want to delete the account itself, you can do that separately in your account settings. If your contract was concluded less than fourteen days ago, as a consumer you have a right of withdrawal instead of cancelling: the fee you paid is then refunded, minus compensation for the value of the services already provided. How to declare it, together with the model withdrawal form, is set out in the withdrawal instruction at visz.ai/widerruf.

The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. Nothing is cancelled without your confirmation.
